Hello Hot Sexy *****!,

My favorite Macintosh shareware program is Mr. Lemke's program GraphicConverter. It's only a $30 shareware, but you can download and use it for free. Check it out here:

http://www.lemkesoft.com

This program can view and convert just about any possible graphics format. However, you have the power of converting graphics files right there with your Mac's own Preview program. Go up to the File > Save As... menu command.

As you can see, there's a Format: drop-down menu of various graphics formats right there from your Preview program that comes with Mac OS X. Best of luck to you.

I use xnview to convert all image types. It can do some other stuff to, but picture conversion is all that I use it for. When you install it, navigate to the picture you want using the explorer to the left, then click the picture you want. At the top of the window there should be a button that says convert. (it does not have labels, but one of the buttons is convert). click it then use the wizard that pops up to convert between different file types. Download it here: http://perso.orange.fr/pierre.g/xnview/endownloadmacosx.html.

*Note* I am a windows user so the instructions may need to be slightly altered in the mac version. I have no way to tell.

I think mac has some sort of photo editing program on it. Just open the TIFF and save it as a GIF. Paint does this in windows.

Sorry no knowledge of macs here, but would irfanview work? I use it on my PC to convert, compress, etc. Works great and free. ( I did kick him a few euros though)
