Depends, did she want them before you were married? Does she want them after she's had kids to "fix" her body? If so, yes. Why not? She'll feel better about herself and you'll probably benefit from them.
However, if it is a new fixation of hers I would worry about her reasons for wanting them. Sometimes women want implants so that they get more attention from other men.

you should really consider her motives. If she is truely insecure with her body and having implants would raise her self esteem, then just support her decision. Sure, you're a sweet husband by appreciating her the way she is, but if this surgery will truely contribute to her happiness, I say go for it!

Just give the woman what she ask for. It the same as asking for happiness, think about it. gibe that.
Or maybe, you are too insecure that other guys might find her attractive.
Or, too expensive you rather buy beers.
