Raping children is known as child molestation and it is illegal worldwide, i don't know where you have got that information from

OK funnydude,anyone with any brain matter that is working,,knows that rape of anyone is not legal in any state of the USA,,,,,So the answer is that it is not legal in vermont,,and they didn"t make it legal,,,,,,,,,,and the only outrage is why on your first day here we all find out that your not a "FUNNYDUDE"
