you mean you need a car and driver for rent so first thing is how many days and how long trip for you want a car. your cost depend on days and how long trips. and normally driver monthly cost is like a 2000rupee to 5000rupee. and travel company's is too many in india and surat. so if you are in surat so find in there's newspaper.
