i really do need help......the advice is not working...tried to follow everyones suggestions...a lot stake...

Well, how much stake do you think you should put in advice gotten from random anonymous people on the internet?
If you are involved in a legal matter, especially one where there is a lot at stake, you should be talking to an attorney licensed in the appropriate state/jurisdiction.
If you don't know how to find an attorney, contact your local bar association (county/state/province). Most have a referral service.
