All of a sudden, my friend would just talk to me like as if shes nervous or sometimes aggravated. It's like as if she doesn't want to be friends anymore. I don't think I did something to piss her off since she still talks to me. Why is that...?

It's no big deal. you're just t being overly sensitive. She's got some private stuff going on in her life and it does not concern you...so don't try to pry it out of her.
Let her have her time to deal with it. Tell her, "Whatever you're going through, I'll be there for you," and leave it at that.

You are not being specific enough to give you a well thought out answer. If you are asking her too many questions, she may see you as insecure and annoying. For example - do you continually ask her if everything is alright? ... That's annoying to a woman.
She may also have a tender heart and not want to hurt you. That may be why she is still talking to you.
