I recieved a Louis Vuitton bag as a gift a couple years ago and only used it a few times. I dont' see a point in letting it just sit in my closet and have tried to list it on ebay and am told I can't because it would be infringement. The best discription I can give is this
It is Black multicolored with the LV logo all over, It has a full double zipper closure, cowhide trim, inside is fully lined in suede, inside zippered pocket, small pocket for cell phone on inside, shoulder strap with clasps, outside pocket with zipper closure, the zipper pulls have a LV on them all, double zipper looks as if lock used to be there but is no longer with the bag. I have a tag saying Louis Vuitton malletier a paris, cowhide leather man made interior lining and the other side of the tag is the same except all in french. There is a number on the tag that reads 51130. I can not locate a tag with this number anywhere on the purse. Could this be a fake?

Also, if you take the bag in to a louis vuitton store, they can quickly run up the numbers and check in the back to see if it's real.

It could be, it's hard to tell without a picture or a name of the bag. I mean if you knew the bag - like a noe or alma, etc. You could look to see if LV ever made that style bag in multicolor. Also you need to see how many colors are on there. I think the authentic has 36 different colors for the multicolor bags and the blue is usually a navy not a light aqua blue.

it have to be because my friends ince have that to and she call the comany and they said it was fake
