Tara, So far everything seems normal. Of course your tummy has to expand to accommodate a baby. Your breasts are growing larger in anticipation of feeding a baby. Eat a well balanced diet. Take iron supplements.

Hi Tara,
Congratulations!! I agree with the other 2 responses.. See an OB... they will have all the answer's you need... One thing my Ob suggested was to walk ... start out slowly.. but walk.. it will make labor and delivery easier......

As for the vomiting... have you tried soda crackers and ginger ale... some times that will help.. avoid caffine at all cost's... get plenty of rest.. and dairy product's are a must...! I would like to add that I had toxiemia with both of my first 2 pregnancies. and a really rough time with dairy.. for my 3rd.. I was able to drink milk in the form of milk shakes.. and didn't have any of the problems that I did with the first 2... dairy is a must...

Take your vitamins as directed.. I hope you have a healthy happy baby...!

first, definitely get some prenatal care from a doc. you should also visit your local library and check out a few books, such as, PREGNANCY AND NUTRITION, THE BABY BOOK (by SEARS), WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU'RE EXPECTING, and other relevant books... if you vomit alot during the day, talk to your OB about it...you can get dehydrated from this and then require hospitalization (not fun- speaking from experience)- you can get medications to take (from the doc) to help releive the nausea and vomiting... if you're very tired, then try to get more rest.. your body tells you what you need.. eat healthy stuff. take prenatals (if you can't keep those down then take 2 flintstone vitamins a day- i found the gummy bear ones were the only ones i could keep down) exercise is fine, don't do anything too strenuous.. walking, swimming, prenatal yoga.. all very good for you...

do extremely light exercise. im talking a five to ten minute walk. dont do much more. you are in the late months of your pregnancy and you really should be sitting and relaxing. dont stress the baby. your weight gain is completly normal. your body is just preparing for the birth. its a natural process. as for the vomiting watch wot you eat. wot you feel sick after eating. eg wheat, glutin, dairy etc. bub mite not like something your eating. if that happens and you can pinpoint wot it is then dont eat so much of it. if it keeps up call the doc. good luck and congratulations on your baby. they are a gift.

All of those questions are answer by an OB, which is the most important thing you can do. Get a doctor.
