I don't eat lunch or breakfast at all. I eat one small meal when I get home from school everyday, but she won't listen to me. Everyday she asks me where my lunch is, and I am running out of excuses, plus, also she plans on telling my parents if I don't. She did that one, and they were always on me about eating. Like, Kilee, eat some breakfast, or Kilee eat some of this. Aren't you hungry Kilee? Did you make a lunch Kilee? It was horrible, now they are finally off my case, if she would just stop, I'd be in the home free. Seriously, these people...If you have more excuses I could come up with. that'd be great. I greatly appreciate ya'll.

it is medically much better for your body and the future of your metabolism if you eat more frequently even if it's very low fat and low carb foods...your body needs fuel to burn calories...if you are not eating but once every 24 hours your body goes into starvation mode and actually hangs onto everything you eat instead of burning it and you will hit bad health and bad mental state...look up healthy eating on the internet...also, you may not even "feel" hungry when your body needs food, but it really needs food about every 4-6 hours...some peiople have to eat every 2 hours, but of course not a 10 course meal each time!

Ok...- all excuses aside; WHY does everyone ask you about eating??? Are you skinny? Pale & sickly looking? Do people think you're bolemic- or something??? There's a REASON for this question going around- and giving excuses doesn't cut it. Let's say you had a best girlfriend & she had the OPPOSITE problem; she ate CONSTANTLY. -Wouldn't you ask her WHY she did it, and would you be satisfied if her answer was always, "I just feel like it..."? The people who ask you that question- are responding to something they don't understand... Do you?
