I am a highschool student in MN, and I am not yet 18, would my parents somehow be able to make me quit my job?

Well, I would like to think that you are a well mannered young man who listened to his parents, if so then yes they can. Legaly if need be I think they probably could because they have guardianship over you.

If you are under their roof and a minor I would think so. They can make you do whatever they want. They will have control over you until you are 18 and move out. I don't know why a parent would make you quit your job though.

Depends, have you talked to a lawyer yet? You may be able to divorce them. But for now, you are a minor and you live in their house so yes they can make you quit your job. Well its actually a decision you must make. If you disobey them and keep working what will the consequences be? If you can live with them then perhaps you can keep working. They could talk to your employer and get you fired.

Yes. They are your parents and have your best interests in mind, even if you don't understand their reasoning at this point in your life.

Yes..they can have your work permit revoked and so can the school if your grades are not acceptable.
