I know of two places you might want to try. The first is http://www.danskin.com I've been buying them from there for my own girlfriend for years. She told me that they are the best she's ever worn...nice looking, actually enjoyably comfortable, and made to fit real everyday women, not just supermodels who bear a striking resemblance to Skeletor. Not many color options available, but they seem to have a nice selection of plus sizes and also a good variety of skin tones, including the shimmery kind.
The next place you might want to try is http://www.welovecolors.com I can't currently vouch for the quality of their product as I have not yet bought anything from there for the missus, but from the looks of things if you are looking for ones in assorted colors then this site can't be beat. They seem to have more colors of tights over there than Baskin Robbins has ice cream flavors, and they seem to also come in a variety of X sizes, too.
