im a cheerleader, but you should sit in a strattle position and go down as hard as you can. v-sits are absolutely great, stand up against a wall, and have some one else pull you leg up as high as it will go and keep it there for like 20 secs. that will help. but for toetouches and I know I've already said this, but v-sits are the best way to improve toetouches. The other stretches will improve flexibility! Hope I was a big Help! good luck!

Vstretches are the best for stretching. To get into the splits go as far as you can with a pillow under you. The pillow will give a little to let you stretch more, you can take the pillow out as you go.
People always forget that a lot of jumps are controlled from your core, do some situps to strengthen you abs.

Lunges where the back leg is bent up so your upper body can twist to grab that leg. Sit on the floor with you legs in the farthest possibly V. Stretch over to each leg sideways and then up and over so your nose touches your knee. Here's the hard one...with legs still in a V lay your upperbody forward inbetween your legs with your nose or your side head touching the floor. Put your arms behind your back holding each hand in an oval and let them push you forward.
Good luck at tryouts!

a toe touch doesnt require too plenty felxibility even nevertheless the greater flexibility you have the nicer it seems so i reccomend stretching ina straddle place or "v sit down". once you bounce you decide on for to think of of arising it an extremely snappy circulate. shop your chest up and attain out on your toess. ascertain which you arent bringing your palms down on your ft in a bounce yet that your snapping your ft upto your palms consistently make valuable to show your ft on your bounce. basically undergo in thoughts practince makes ideal! this contains stretching a splash huge-unfold and tbh with jumps fairly all you're able to do is do them a bunchh of circumstances and that they gets gradually greater advantageous each and every time!! gooood success i'm hoping this helpss :)

lay down on your back with both feet in the air and then open them into a stradle and let gravity pull them down....it helps to put your legs against a wall and then you can walk yourself into the wall and press your stomach against it with your legs still hanging down.
