Uhmm Actually no. I know a guy that got struck by lightning and whenever he drinks he can't move, literally he's paralyzed and stays like a vegetable until the alcohol is gone from his system. I don't the why of it but I guess something in his brain is just not right anymore...

probably not...unless high voltage creates brain cells instead of frying them?
and it's not likley that u'll mantain...life force after the strike anyway, unless ur heart ironically fails before getting stuck down.
