Yes, it should if it is 12/2 romax, outside wiring will go thru 1/2 pvc. This will eliminate rusting, also.

It will fit..but check electrical codes, if applicable. And depends on the use...PVC can usually be used as "mechanical protection", but codes apply to certain areas of installation.

I' m sure you are talking about 12 gauge wire. yes it can but it will be little tight.
