I somewhere read about the Economic Freedom Survey for 2007 conducted by the Wall Street Journal & Heritage Foundation. So which country was chosen as world's freest country?

It appears to be a tie between Hong Kong and Singapore, but the question isn't about political freedom, it's about which nation is the most laisez-faire is it not? According to wiki, Singapore is not a pure democracy, and has authoritarian elements for example.

I know by going there a lot.....St. Kitts in the carribbean, probably not the survey though,
but it's true.....way freer than Us or Canada.
