Pop up blocker?
All Internet browsers have pop up blockers built in.
If you are using the built in pop up blocker and you get more than 2 or 3 pop ups per day you are infected with spyware. You must remove it.

mozilla blocks out pops ups which is a explorer mozilla.org and ad-aware, which is a spyware malware remover. all free and great for anyone
