Great Depression happened 10 years after the conclusion of WWI there is no relationship between the two.
Prohibition also happened after WWI and there is no relation between the two. Prohibition caused what we now call the "Roaring Twenties"
WW 2 had a huge impact on the Great Depression that it increased productivity and spending.

Actually, the Depression had nothing to do with that war.
The depression was brought on by a 30 point drop in the stock market (oddly enough, tuesday had a 416 point drop in the stock market), and people panicked because the market was new and they didn't know what to do.

i dont think it did as much as all the things prohibition did to the econemy, and the way it really put such a gap between the elite and the impoverished
