Wow! a 100.00 a month i can tell you it cost more then that to raise that child every month are you behind or something i know that if you are they can take out a portion of the behind child support along with the current amount! they usually base the amount you pay on your income so if you start making more then you start paying more!

If the court didn't raise it how did it get raised up? Or are you owing back child support as well which would explain why it got raised.

All you pay is $100? If this is too much then try to file with your local family court to have it adjusted. They base it off your income, dude....sorry.

go to the courthouse and ask them who had the right to raise it!and if you are supposed to pay the amount from your court papers or the amount that its been raised to!and ask them how they were able to raise it without any notification to you!

depends who raised it, If its not the court then you dont have to pay, but if its the court there is nothing you can do.

You only pay 100 a month? That is crazy...you better thank your stars your kid doesn't live in Australia....My friend pays 650 bucks a month for one child because his ex wife ran off to that country!
