My old boss left us in July of last year, well he called me to tell me his like me and wanted me he is married and has children and I am married and have children, well he is coming back to work with us not as my boss but as a co-worker. We will be in the same building next door. I don't have feelings at all for him in fact I have been firm and I don't answer his calls, do you think this could lead to problems at work?

Stand your ground. If you do he is the only one that could have problems, not you. Don't be afraid to use the sexual harassment card if you have to, but give him a warning first.
