I lost mine at 9 weeks and now Im pregnant again and at 18 weeks. Don't worry it is exactly what you said justa discomfort. You know how bad it hurt the first time. You would know if something were wrong, those cramps are undeniable. This happened to me about 10 weeks as well, it is just stretching and growing. I think the diarrhea could be some sickness or something you ate. I don't see how it is linked however most do not have that problem. I really wouldn't worry to much about that at all, try being constipated days on end thats my problem. Anyways I know its hard not to worry, but going through a miscarriage no matter how much people tell us not to worry we do. But just know most people do have one their first pregnancy and never have them again. Good luck and you sound fine, just be concerned if it is pain so bad your curled up, discomfort is something to expect though.

I had the same pains when I was about two months pregnant until I was about four months pregnant. Same side and everything! The doctor told me it was just the muscles and such readjusting inside of me to make room for the baby. Not to worry! I now have a six and a half month old, perfectly healthy, and absolutly beautiful baby girl. No miscarriage, no difficulties, no bed rest. The pains went away on their own after awhile and all was well. Well... until around 6 months when my right side hurt again... but that was because my baby girl kept sticking her foot in between my two bottom ribs. That didn't go away, she still sticks her feet in my ribs, only now from the outside!
Congratulations on the baby! You'll be fine!

What do you mean when you say you've been watching what you are eating? Look into The Brewer Diet. It is a diet designed for pregnancy and is known to prduce healthy babies! You can find information on it at: www.bradleybirth.com
As far as the pain goes, I would ask my OB or Midwife.

i think of any concerns you have could desire to be reported with your well being practitioner. tell him/her precisely how the discomfor feels, if it occurs at particular circumstances or is persevering with. i've got had discomfort in my 3 pregnancies, yet no longer so early. of direction, each and every lady is distinctive.
