My friend was wondering how old you need to be to be a baby sitter

Being a babysitter doesn't go by a scale of age (though somewhere in the mid-teens is a good minimum), but rather by a scale of trustworthiness. If your friend is responsible enough to take care of young ones for a few hours, then it should work out.

probably around 12 (thats when i started) but 13 i think is prefered, cuz ur like, a teen. lol... more mature or sumthing....

doesn't matter....it usually depends on your trustworthiness, honesty, dependability etc.
