i been told that you shouldn't eat alot of tuna while pregnant because of the mercury levels; however, i did have a girlfriend who ate tuna at every meal and her and her baby turn out fine. I probley won't risk it though. same goes with salmon. just be careful. one of my customers ( i used to be an ***'t manger at vitamin world) was getting fresh salmon from the store; and was getting too high mercury levels in her system, and causing problems in her vision. just be careful. i don't see why you shouldn't eat seaweed. it has alot of healthy benefits.

I'm not sure about seaweed, but tuna... you might want to contact your obgyn. Tuna can have higher levels of mercury, especially albacore tuna. Salmon might be okay, but not every day on the tuna..

You are not supposed to eat large amounts of Tuna while pregnant because of the mercury levels. You can eat it, but no more than once a week.
