I was going to suggest Twilight and New Moon by Stephenie Meyer...but two others beat me to it :) So I'll still suggest it...but I'll recommend others as well.
The Truth About Forever by Sarah Dessen
This Lullaby by Sarah Dessen
That Summer by Sarah Dessen
Keeping the Moon by Sarah Dessen
Someone Like You by Sarah Dessen
Just Listen by Sarah Dessen
Dreamland by Sarah Dessen
You might be wondering...why so much Dessen...what makes her so wonderful...she writes the BEST romance/realistic novels. All of her novels have depth and contain interesting, realistic characters that you end up relating to, loving, understanding....she makes 'fiction' seem so real. She actually develops her characters, so when they do fall in love you care. The love interest are more than love interests. They're fully developed characters with thoughts and motivations of their own.
I also love Sonya Sones
What My Mother Doesn't Know is my favorite by Sones so far. The sequel WHAT MY GIRLFRIEND DOESN'T KNOW is coming out soon.
Saving Francesca by Melina Marchetta is also great.
And if you like tomboys/athletic girls...try Dairy Queen by Catherine Gilbert Murdock...

I loved Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. There is just something special about the story. It is about a girl who is forced to move in with her father and starts going to the high school. At the school she meets a boy who appears to hate her, but also intrigues her. I turns out he is a vampire and for some reason he is drawn to her blood in particular. But, since this vampire is basically a decent guy he fights the compulsion to kill her. I won't say anything more about the story in case you want to read it for yourself (that much you could get from reading the flap of the book). It is an exciting, romantic story that I would highly recommend.
BTW-Thanks for the great week wishes :-) Ditto to you.

Uglies by Scott Westerfield is pretty good, the other two in the trilogy are disapointing though. It's really interesting and it takes place in the future. It's sci fi w/o getting too Star Treck

the abode of evening sequence (%. and Kirstin solid) once you're finding for vampires, not a private fave the immortals, a sequence by potential of Alyson Noel, is somewhat good so are Wings and Spells by potential of Aprilynne Pike and the Wake trilogy by potential of Lisa McMann none of those incorporate Hollywood or attractiveness, sorry additionally, i won't be able to bypass without recommending 2 of my all-time fave books: The Counte of Monte Cristo (however areas can get slightly slow) and The Shack (in the shape you share its non secular perspectives). not likely romances (nicely, Monte Cristo incorporates romance), yet super books. additionally, the secret existence of Bees is astonishing, yet in addition not likely a romance. sorry, i like books - whilst somebody asks my fave i can in basic terms bypass on & on & on.... so i'm going to stop now. wish this facilitates, if not (& reckoning on your age), optimum journey, by potential of James Patterson, and Percy Jackson and the Olympians, by potential of Rick Riordan, besides because of the fact the inheritance cycle by potential of christopher paolini, are consistently good possibilities shop analyzing :)
