lol. love it. use a super thick sharpie, and shave an eyebrow off while your at it. ohhh and take all her makeup so she wont be able to cover it up too easily and she will at least ahve to go to the store to buy more. hilarious... i just hope this is not about me...

It's definitely a sharpie, but why stop at the forehead? You could draw some interesting facial hair, write notes on their hands, and give directions to their house on their stomach. If you are a close friend to whoever you're doing this to, I suggest stamps instead of permanent markers. That's what we do, anyways.

that is not nice at all!!! I am not sure when you say best as in it wont come off easy or will come off easily. i would say sharpie though. i really havent heard of any other brands, plus i have used one on someone before and it worked great. they even have colored ones so you can get creative. dont be too mean though, especially if it is for a girl.

i find that purple or black sharpie is quite excellent since the ink seems to stay in the skin best, adding a weird purplish tint.
sharpie seems ok in terms of permanence.
have fun drawing on drunkards.

You have to write it backwards so when she looks in a mirror it's readable.
