IF the cellphone is off and someone calls, dose it say missing call?

or dose it not say cause your phone is off?

you will not know that you had a missed call unless they leave a message when your phone is off. also when your phone is off it will go directly to the voicemail instead of ringing 5-6 times before it goes.

it automactically goes to your voicemail
