I've just gotten "downsized" and unemployment will send me to school to learn a new career. I was thinking about becoming a paralegal or a real estate agent but do enjoy spending the weekends with my family. Any suggestions so I can begin my new career? I need to make a good salary as I worked for over 30 years at my past job but don't want to go back to an office environment (and get eaten up!).

Would appreciate some advice...

I'm in school to do something different, and will be 50 by the time I get out - my Dad suggested this book. I'm having a blast learning something new. Hope things work out for you!
