I am 33 weeks pregnant and have insomnia really really bad (which I know is nothing out of the ordinary while pregnant). I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and will ask about taking 1/4 of a tylenol pm tablet. I am obviously not just going to start taking this without my OB's consent. What I am wondering...were any of you ladies permitted to take this by your OB?...and if so how much at a time? If its a big no no, then I won't even bother asking about it tomorrow...just curious...thanks

Drink warm milk 30 minutes before bedtime and avoid all direct sources of light (TV, computer) before bed as this messes with the melatonin levels in your body and makes you stay awake.
