I don't believe its a mouse.. cuz i push the panel and the whirring noise just changes.. it sounds like a motor of some sort. i'd just like to know what it is before i remove the panel and mess with it myself.

What kind of noise?

Is it related to a battery powered device?

if it's not something with a battery, then it's either a part that has gotten warm and makes noise as it cools and contracts - or it's a mouse. Don't laugh, it happens more often than you might think.

Make sure there's no elephant in the glove box hahaha Seriously, I think it might be the blower motor for the heater/air.

First you're able to pin component the sound...the place does it come from? pointing the digital camera at motor and asking what that's is extremely troublesome to dignose...does it come from the returned or front...left component good component...you are able to take it to any vehicle areas shop and ask and that they'll likely inform you what that's...
