I will be playing on varsity high school football next year as a freshman. Right now, I am 6'2" 208 lbs. and 14 years old. I can run a 4.9 second 40 yard dash, can bench 220, squat 315. I am VERY fast, however not very quick and I do not have great acceleration. I have average hands and not a great arm (accuracy or power), I can block very well, I have a great vertical leap of 31". On defense, I make hard hits and am good at tackling, but I am not that great in coverage. I can stuff the run like no other.

What position should I play on offense and defense?

As you are still a freshman, I would concentrate on defensive end. You are big and strong for a ninth grader, and are only going to get bigger and stronger. Keep working out, and work with your defensive coach on developing quickness into your arsenal. If you know your school's basketball coach well, see what he could suggest for quickness skills. (yes, basketball coach) If you have the proper frame of mind, you could be a good DE. You have the physical attributes.

Stick with tight end. Buy the time your a senior you should be about 6'4" and if you bulk up in the weight room you should be about 230lbs 240lbs. College scout would love that size for a TE. The way the game has evolved we look for quick good receiving TEs not just blocking TEs. Like Greg Olson of Miami U.

dude ur a beast...as far as the position goes, i would stick with LB and if you're goin to play offense then you should probably be a WR or TE

if u get a little buffer then u would be a good middle linebacker cuz they dont have to cover as much as the OLB and they stop the runs

Running back if you hit hard and have great speed but not so great acceleration it is perfect for you

forget being a DB...OLB sounds good, or a DE
on offense, a TE or a T

i would say probably DE or OLB on D. Maybe TE on offense if you have good hands.
