No, there is just county, state and federal courts. Citys do not have their own court houses.

bride to be is partly correct most cities have their own court system which is commonly located in the city building, county courts have most known as court houses or magistrate court state police agencies go through the magistrate courts as do the county police agencies do. and yes there is a federal court system
