DRAGON'S EPIC. It would be an open-ended action-rpg. I would start out as a guy just trying to survive and is forced to fight to live. I would eventually become the most powerful character and would have to decide to save the world or rule. Of course I get the really hot girl.
I could go much further, I just have to go now.
