I have "food issues" I can't even WATCH Fear Factor, let alone be on it.
I would choose to starve to death before eating any of these items.

Ummm, sorry but I wouldn't choose any of these. Instead, I'd choose to retain my self respect and dignity by refusing the money (and in the first place, I'm not the type of person to be on Fear Factor at all . . . ).

Madagascar cockroaches
They are actually fun to play with
the only problem i would have is that i would feel bad for the poor little roach
