Ok so im 6'6" 250(not fat) and turned 15 3 weeks ago. I have long legs and when I ask my coach if there is anything I can do to to improve my speed he always says "You'll grow into it". What is that supposed to mean?

Maturing will only help you so much. Alot of lower body lifting to work on power might help, but you may be a bit young to do free weight squats without injuring yourself later in life. Maybe working out with your high school track team could help also. Unfortunately though speed isnt something you can teach, you can only work on reaching the maximum speed level you're gifted with.

Your coordination will catch up. Do exercises that require a bit of coordination: ie skipping, burpies, Mikan drill, defensive slides
