Since January of this year. She became Speaker of the House when the Democrats took control of congress since she was the minority leader in the House. Once the Republicans lost control of the house, they also lost control of having one of their own as Speaker.

Since January 4, so as of March 1, she's been Speaker for 57 days.

57 something days since 03/02/07....and that's (for her) waaay tooo long, my compadre. Albeit true she's gaining momentum gaining anti-war sentiments aimed at ending Iraq War (good), she also is remembered for trying vainly to snag a taxpayer puchased/maintained jet equal to Air Force One (uh....not good for Girl Power 2007).
There's unconfirmed innuendo now she's an American Socialist political lobby leader (uh....oh-ohhhhhuhhh) and she IS THIRD in Line Of Succession (now I'm getting the heebee-jeeebies).
Girl Pelosi has personal ambition blinding her from clear much needed American political concerns; yeah...she needs to step down.

Too long for my liking! That lady drives me crazy! I am all for a woman being speaker of the house, I just wish it could have been someone else.

about a month and a half. and she already has been busted for corruption using giant jets to haul her family and friends around. she needs to be in the sub basement of the dc county jail. they shouldn't even give her one more day sitting up their with that nasty little smirk. beeach!
