Internally: Your bladder. Urine is sterile until it reaches your distal urethra (which connects your bladder to the environment) There are lots of things your body does to try and keep it this way but there are loads of ways to go round your body's defences.

Externally: No such thing!! We're always covered in a film of *lovely* bugs. Your shoulders are probably the cleanest, I remember reading somewhere that the concentration of bugs is the lowest on the skin of the shoulders.

A lady Doctor once told me that she would rather deal with down there (the knicker area) than someones mouth because its the cleanest.

ureta? ( tube from kidney to bladder) Urine is sterile. Otherwise, all parts of the external body carry different bacterias, the human mouth carries millions of them, so does the eye and hair - although hair follicles are sterile (again, under the skin)

the urine is totally sterile. however, if someone has an STD for example this can still be transferred through any bodily fluid including urine
