OK Im a freshman in college and my girlfriend who is a senior in high school recently added a picture of herself holding a gun of mine (AR15). She posted this on her myspace which then her high schools "school resource officer" found it while he was supposedly protecting the schools interests. They called her and her mom into the office and yell at them telling them they've been red flagged by the FBI and they took that picture and printed it off and showed it to them. They said she could be suspect to terrorist activities and where did i get the gun. (he said i either stole it or i was a drug dealer) Take in mind this school resource officer is an off duty cop.
(some cop huh ?) He said i must be a drug dealer because the legal versions of the weapons cost a lot and they do i worked my tail off for it. He also said many other things. Before this i was accused of being a homosexual by their principal! Have my rights been violated ?What should i say to them when i go to see them aboutit?

Once it hit the internet it was public domain, meaning they can use it as evidence against you and your girlfriend.

None of your rights were violated. Your girlfriend posted a picture on a public website so the police officer did not invade your privacy by finding it and showing it to her mother. None of your property was taken. You do not have a claim for defamation because the school did not publish the accusations against you.
The school did your girlfriend a favor, hopefully her mom will force her not to see you anymore. Why would you give a AR 15 to a 17 year old girl?

People talk about "violations of rights" without really understanding all the different things that phrase can mean.
There are constitutional rights, statutory rights, rights in contract, rights in tort, etc..... all very different, and all with very different definitions, situations and remedies.
Also, aside from federal (national) laws, all legal issues depend on the local state (province/etc.) laws, which vary by state/province. So, what is legal in one state may be a violation in another.
That being said, it sounds like all that happened to you was that you were informally accused of doing some things, and called bad names. If these accusations were false, and were made in front of others, then you might possibly have a claim for slander. Difficult to prove, and often not worth the cost of trying to prove it.
Other than that, if you have not been detained or arrested, and your property has not been taken from you, then there aren't any obvious civil rights that have been violated. But again, laws vary by state.

It's a sad fact, that millions of Americans have no clue that they are not free. There is nothing wrong with have a AR-15 or any other gun for that matter. When it comes to cops any type they are all traitors to America, to the constitution and to the people.
Each day that goes by the people are getting more dumb and more cowardly. Americans are just too dumb to be free but not to dumb too die. Americans have no clue what is about to hit them. From the government that claims to protect them. Yes they violated all of your rights and hers. God help us all!

What rights do you think they violated?
How old is your girlfriend? If she is under 18 then it is possible that you are a criminal (giving a weapon to an underaged child).
Just use your common sense in the future.

Let's get this right: you did something stupid and were caught. Now you're crying foul? Mr. Freshman, you need to continue your college education and hopefully acquire common sense before graduation!

Do nothing.
Unless they took your gun - then none of your rights were violated.
