The Yankees, Their commencing rotation has 4 solid pitchers CC, Burnett, Pettitte, and Joba. many of their gamers are having super years. Cano already extra abode-runs this season than any of his seasons until now. Swisher's super on the line. Texeria is consistant. and learn theses lineups. (i'll incorporate BA.) Yankees Jeter , Damon, Texeira, A-Rod, Matsui, Posada, Cano, Swisher, Melky C. Angels Figgins, Abreu, Rivera J, Guerrero, Morales, Hunter, Izturis, Napoli, Aybar. The Angels purely wish is that the Yankees proceed to stuggle against them, The Yankees have been solid down the stretch and then failed interior the Playoffs yet i think of 2009 may be the three hundred and sixty 5 days for the Yankees.

When Philip Hughes and Humberto Sanchez come up to the big leagues and hopefulluy fulfill their potential. The Yankees have been lacking quality pitching since their last trip to the series. They have a chance to win it this year but that depends on Chein Ming Wang being the ace, Mussina & Pettitte putting up quality seasons and Pavano logging a good amount of innings(I know it's farfetched)

I hate the Red Sox and the Yankees. Go Blue Jays! O and the NL is the better league. Go Cardinals!

Yeah they have talent! Old and injured talent. I predict a very sad future for all yankees fans. Sorry but Boston and Toronto made bigger upgrades than the Yanks.

you can have all of the talent in the world but if you can't play together then you won't win
i don't think the red sox team a few years ago was the best red sox team ever....but they played well together as a team.
also, when you have a guy like arod, who would be much better on a smaller market team, pressing to succeed, makes it tough not only on him but the rest of the squad.
so to answer your question......not this year again

Not anytime soon with Joe Torre on the hot seat and A-Rod & Jeter not being buddies. Look for Steinbrenner to let Torre go and hire Girardi at the end of the season.

I hope they never win another world series just to shut the Yankee fans up because they think it is their right.
