I watched episodes 1-8 of La Corda D'Oro on YouTube but I don't know where you find the other ones which are subbed. how long do they take to come out (subbed). Also, are there any websites that have summaries of the episodes?

Unfortunatly the group that subtitles La Corda has only released up to episode 8 of it although theres over 20+ episodes out of the series. There is no real estimate you can give for how long it takes to release episodes as each group is different and releases their projects on different schedules, seems this one it takes a while.
I have not come across any episode summaries of the show, most likely because it hasn't been subtitled for people to make summaries of it yet.
the group that does it strawberry mint subs, if you go into their rizon channel has their progress they are working on episode 9 and are 67% done with the translating. So, hopefully it won't take but a few days for them to finish up the translating and release an episode.
