If government increases retirement age to 75 what effect will this have on aggregate supply?

It will mean big business going broke paying for health benefits for their aging employees instead of Social Security paying for benefits. Also, some people just could not make it, nor would we want them to--a 75 year old truck driver? a 75 year old pharmacists?
