Yuck! :P What did you put in there, man? Get some insect spray like Baygon and spray your car inside out. Be sure to air it before you next use it. Vacuum your car and change the carpets, food crumbs and wrappers may attract insects which in turn attract Charlotte and company. Or send it to a cleaning service which can do the job for you.

Make sure your windows are up at all times when you are not in the car. Get some spray and spray your trunk, under your seats real good. It is hard to kill spiders try and call a pesticide company and maybe they can give you some clues!
