also the song this aint a scene its a *** damn arms race. whats that mean??

I think in "Hollaback Girl" she is talking about how she refuses to be a girl on the side and just one of those call-back or go-to girls so the guy can get what he wants when he needs it.

I'm not really sure what the FOB song is about, but I know that an arms race is like rushing to build firepower and weapons and stuff.

And the other its not a scene its am arms race....to see who get the most toys! IE who has the most guns and knives. Its a serious brawl with more then punches being thrown.
