I feel like everyones just using me to get what they want, I'm getting to the point where whats the use of making new friends, or talking to people , just so that they'll stab me in the back, later in life? Or they'll forget me and make new friends, I just don't see the point of going on, I feel like just lying down, and not getting up... Yeah thats how cruddy I feel.

Find the source of your stress. If you can identify it you'll be way better off. And life has its ups and downs. I failed my math class last year and now im redoing it, life goes on and honestly...grades dont make up who you are. you do. so define yourself and to get rid of the stress...exercise.

Wow!!! I'm sorry that you feel how you feel. You have too much life left to feel like that. This is just a time in your life where you need to take control of your life and not let your life take control of you. Maybe you don't need friends at this time in your life, get off by yourself and pray, ask the Lord to remove people from your life that don't mean you well and replace them with trustworthy people who are caring and sincere. No matter who you are or what you've done in life, God is always waiting to hear from His children, especially in our time of need, just so He can ensure you that His word is true and every promise is valid and will not be broken. If you have a bible read Matthew 21:22; Proverbs 3:5-6; 1 Corithians 15:33 and Hebrews 13:5-6. You can even go online to bible.com and look these up. God bless you and may he turn your sadness into joy.

The first thing you need to do is think of the happiest time in your life. Even abused or severely depressed people have at least one thought that can sustain hope in them for at least 5min. Next you need to go the library or get on line and read the book/watch the dvd called "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrnt. It si the most inspiring thing, even more than the bible , that i have ever been lucky enough to have become a part of . It is all about the law of attraction and in this law, likes attract likes. This is so simple that it sounds fake. IT ISNT. My life has changed dramatically since reading the book. If you feel as if you are crapp and stressed and an outsider, then that is the energy and frequency you are drawing to your life. You need to immediately stop all the negative thoughts of yourself and begin realizing the wonderful person you are. DO YOU HEAR ME??? You are a wonderful life that was created to do wonderful things here on earth for many many people. Sit down and write out 10 things you want to do in this lifetime. I know it sounds silly but really think. Imagine that the universe is your personal catalog. Do you want to become a wealthy computer tech? How about have someone who is beautiful and happy and honest love you? Do you want to travel the world or just make it to graduation? Make this list and put it by your computer, on a nightstand or even where you brush your teeth each day. When you feel down and out read the list, and for a few short moments think of the smell of the ocean while you are on that dream vacation. Think of how it would feel to crawl into bed with someone who loves you and all of your faults. THink of how you will look on graduation day and search online at clothes you want to wear that day. See what i am getting at?

The world is at your finger tips if you just know the secret!!!

I can feel your pain, as I am just trying to get over something that sounds the same. You need to take some time to yourself first. Just maybe a day would even be enough, just to do nothing but relax. I dont know if your much of a religious man, but take time to pray during your time off. After this resting period, try to solve some problems you might be facing, even if it seems to be too difficult. Also, dont take anything too seriously, try to have some fun with friends, laugh, and take time for yourself.

You need more help than you will get in this column, but: try talking with your school counselor. You may get a referral to a counselor which is not necessarily expensive. A Pastor, doctor or other adult may be able to help you,. Sounds like your ego needs a big bandage but none of this is insurmountable. If you can feel better about yourself, your grades will improve. Good luck.

To start with, Every day you wake up is a chance to do something good. You decide whether your going to have a good day or a bad one.
As long as you honestly try, and ask for help, if that's all you can do then it's good enough. Quiting is never a option!!!! Ever Because if you quit on one then you'll quit ever time something gets hard. And take it from me most things are hard to get and harder to hold on too.
Keep trying that's what all of us do everyday

What helped and encouaged me was learning to say NO and mean it. There's truth in the saying that people will take any advantage you give them. Even the ones you love. So you decide for yourself what you want to give them. And when the point comes where there is no more say "NO"!

By doing that I've defined myself in front of their eyes. Be strong and don't be wishy washy or lazy about this. Be assertive and agressive if necessary.

You and 99% of the population! If we weren't miserable at least half of the time then we'd have nothing to compare our good times to. Suck it up, do the best you can and try to focus on something in the future (ha! I'd usually focus on five years ahead!)... As my mom used to say "this too shall pass".
Good luck!

This may sound strange but start a journal of your thoughts. Write down your questions and answer them for yourself. You will be surprised how easy the right answer for you will come from you. Good luck!!!
