No HCG test can only be done thru blood testing.

Not that I have heard of. HCG is a hormone made by the placenta when a woman becomes pregnant. Urine pregnancy tests do measure a variant of this hormone in the urine, but will not give you a level. The only way I know of to test HCG is a blood test. If you think you are pregnant, I would advise you to talk to your doctor. HCG can also be a tumor marker, but it is not used for diagnosis of these tumors. If you are worried about cancer, definitely talk with your doctor about diagnosis and treatment. A home test would not be the answer.
