Your laptop should be OK, because the chargers are dual voltage... you can check it out on the charger. The razor is something else again. I got me a Japanese dual voltage job, but it costs. Your best bet is to get a battery powered shaver.
As the others already told you, the power here is 220VAC, 60Hz. one thing in your favor is that all outlets are 2 prong flat blade like in US... but you can't find the third (grounding) prong.

Good luck and enjoy.

as far as i know all laptops are 110 to 240 volts as for your razor check the charger some where on the charge it will give you the voltage. if that doesn't check for a web site or phone number and call them as ask.

phil voltage is 220 but hotels have 110v outlets otherwise u can seek room service help, homes have no 110 except if using a transformer. you can bring your own small transformer 220-110 to be sure. your laptop -even razor- mightt be autovolt, check the markings

My fiance is from North America, too, and uses his electric razor here. Most appliances can now handle voltage between 100 and 240, so you should be fine unless your appliances say 110 volts only.

your laptop is autovolt already because it says in your charger that the input is 110-240v. you can charge it in the philippines w/o a transformer.

our a/c supply is 220 volts.

you have to check your adapter if it is autovolt.

if it is autovolt then you will have no problem with your laptop and electric razor.

if you go to a electronics place like best buy or circuit city you can buy an adapter to charge electronics and whatnot when traveling to places where the voltage is different.
