In MIssouri after a child reaches a certain age they can have a say in who they live with. But it's not the only factor

I also think it depends on the age/competency of the child and where you live. It may be left up to family court.

It depends, if both parents considers your feelings then they would ask. If not they usually have to agree who is going to get you... or depending if they go to court a judge will decide who is better for you to live with. Hope this answers your question.

yes. if you refuse to live with one parent then they cant put you there. they cant stick you some where you dont want to be. just tell them who you want to stay with and that you wont go with the other and they have no choice unless of course there unfit.
