"hokey pokey" is actually the corruption of the term "Hoki Poh'ki," a term medieval Finnish mystics devised. It is actually a sacred formula combining elements from Christian Myscicism, the Jewish Kaballah, and some esoteric Eastern Orthodox mysteries.

So in the litteral sense, it IS "what it's really all about."

It can't really be explained. Until you put your own right hand in and take it out, you'll never really understand.

Only then will you see what it's all about.
