yes, it is so very possible.... be prepared to argue with dentists though if you have a new one at around ten to twelve..... lol...
I say this because of my very first baby... she was a happy, sleepy one....she wasn't born with any... at first I had thought she was.... but, I never found it really... just always felt like it... anyway.... at about three weeks old she went "wah"... no, for real.. that short... nothing else.... but that was fussy for her... and her gums looked raw... so I said to my hubby...I think she is teething.. to which he pulled out a book and proceeded to chide me about how old babies typically are..... the very next morning? she had TWO teeth where gums had been the night before..... talk about easy! less than three months old she had all but her two years.....?! a mouth full of tiny teeth... at age 11yrs a dentist accused me of filing her teeth down.... really... that is how tiny her baby teeth were.... it took some talking to him... and tons of questions that he asked.... in the end it was her two month picture and a mouth full of teeth I always carry that got him.. see? even though he was a dentist, he had never seen a child/baby who got them so young either.... lol.... he just assumed all baby teeth were the same size.. not fit to the mouth....younger = smaller....lol....
I think it was best though.... of all my children she went thru the least pain (fussiness) whereas her sister, poor baby, who did not cut her first till over a yr old went thru the most... her sister also had the most ear troubles as well come to think of it...
anyway... hope this answers your question.... and helps out

Most babies don't begin the struggle with teeth until at least five or six months, but a few babies do begin teething much earlier. Some babies also teeth much later, it's a pretty individual thing really.
My daughter is 3 months old, and has just starting teething at the moment. Her situation is quite unusual, in that she is growing her top incisors first. Normally, the first teeth to appear are in the bottom.
I spoke to my midwife about the possibility of early teething running in families, and she said that it is likely. I had a tooth when I was four months old.
However, sometimes you may just think your child is teething, but actually it is just your babies teeth moving and repositioning themselves under the gum.
Some ideas to ease the pain of teething, and hopefully make a happier baby, and happier parent are:
Rub your son's gum with a clean finger.
Put a clean, damp flannel in the fridge, and then wrap your finger in it, to give some coolness and relief to your son's gum.
Teething relief gels such as bonjella often help to ease the pain and discomfort of teething.
You could also try giving your son a little bit of panadol. Just make sure you read the instructions carefully, and do not overdose.
Hope this could help, and good luck with the new bub!

some babies are born with teeth (as yours was) so it is possible that he is teething now... teething normally starts around 6 months although it can start as early as 3, or as late as 15 months... some babies will feel pain in their jaws for a month or two before the tooth actually comes in, and with others you'll just all of a sudden see a tooth!

It is possible. When my son was about 7 months old, he only had 2 teeth, but we met a family with a 6 month old girl with 7 teeth! She had started teething at 8 weeks! All I could do was look at the mom and say, "Congratulations, and you have my condolences."

Every baby is different. My sister was almost a year old before she had teeth. But my little sis was born with a tooth. I fell out though. My mom said it was a milk tooth or something like that. Some sort of calcium deposit that only looked like a tooth.

Babies can cut teeth at any age-- some are even born w/ 1 or 2 teeth... just depends on the child and genetics.

Just so you know, your child will start losing their teeth at 4 years- mine did.
