my body is used to me staying up to 12-3 am but i want to sleep early so i dont miss my bus in the morning! how can i sleep really quickly really early?

exercise, take a warm shower, have a good meal, put the tv on sleep timer, and close your eyes....

I turn off the TV and computer a couple hours before bedtime. I drink some camomile (spelling) tea NO CAFFEINE!! Avoid it all evening. Dim the lights. Relax, read a book or magazine. Don't worry or think about anything serious. Set your alarm(s) and double check so you know they will go off in the morning. Maybe ask a friend to call you. So you won't sleep restlessly worrying about not waking up.

Go to the health food store and purchase Melatonin 2 mg.
Melatonin is a natural ingredient, and will help you fall asleep in about 20 minutes. Trust me, 2 mg. is enough. You should wake up feeling rested in the morning.

This works for me--I fall asleep in under 10 minutes every night . It takes practice though. I picture stairs and focus only on them. I keep climbing and every time my mind starts to wander in the least I focus back on the first step and start over. I don't let my mind wander, I stay totally focused. My family cannot believe how fast I fall asleep.

pick a day where u'll stay up late and wake up early and don't nap and exercise and run back home if after all of that u weren't sleepy then try -if ur older than 18 and not a Muslim- to have sex or something and ya maybe a hot bath will do Good

Take a warm shower or bath, make sure your room is totally dark. Put on a cd of falling rain and you will sleep like a baby.

try to relax, and just keep your eyes closed, with some light music playing in the background if you need noise. Also try to keep thoughts out of your head and dont move around alot, might help you some
