The biggest carnivore existing currently on the face of the planet is the polar bear.
When it comes to members of the cat family, the tiger comes on top as the champ, even over the 'king of the jungle'. The Siberian tiger is the largest and weighs more than any other tiger species.

Siberian Tiger. Tigers are ambush hunters, while the male African Lion doesn't do much other than defend his territory, his pride and eat what the females bring back.
As for weight, the Tiger has it over the Lion, as well as muscle mass and power.

Even Royal Bengal tigers are bigger.They measure 12 feet from nose to tip of the tail.

i don't know the weight and power, but I do know that a Siberian tiger is the biggest cat.
