You should make sure to clean your vibrator each and every time you use it in order to avoid contamination.

The urethra and clitoris are 2 different things. The urethra is the canal leading from the outside to your bladder. The clitoris, of course, is the sensitive part of the womens' genitalia and is all external. Overstimulation cannot cause a UTI. A UTI occurs when bacteria are introduced into the bladder, usually e-coli from the anus. Women are more susceptible because of the short length of the urethra.
Frequent use of your vibrator (or sex with a partner) can increase incidence of UTIs, again because of the anatomical proximity of the anus and urethra. Just make sure you're good and clean back there!
